Weight Lost x Strength Training

Currently lost 4kg and am down to 85kg/187lbs

Onto my second week of Jonnie Canditos strength training routine, hoping to beat my Squat, Deadlift and Bench PR’s which are currently at

Bench 115kg
Squat 160kg

Deadlift 175kg


Going to use this space alot more for my personal progress :)

Currently at 88kg/195 lbs

Squat = 160kg

Deadlift = 175kg

Bench Press = 100kg

Currently counting Macros and eating a super clean eating regime, hoping to drop alot of body fat while mainting strength :D
